1.  CHA2DS2-VASc needs documenting (unable to batch add this)
   1. go to AF006
   2. click 'population excluded
   3.  highlight name
   4. right click
   5. click 'investigations'
   6. double click 'CHA2DS2-VASc Score" in the pink pop up box
   7. click calculate
   8. click save
