Skin problems eg rashes - ask pt to send a photo via text or email before the consultation. If appropriate ask pt to complete online skin lesion form.
Women's Health - see if the pt's problem can be helped by any of these services, especially oral contraceptive repeats.
Men's Health - see if the pt's problem can be helped by any of these services.
Children - see if the pt's problem can be helped by any of these services.
