Patients that have declined the offer of a flu vaccine or are not clinically suitable (contraindicated), once coded, will be removed from the denominator (eligible cohort)
Patients that have received two invitations between 1st Sept and 31st March and have not received the flu vaccine will be automatically excepted at the end of the year.
No further action required on this, just make sure the two invitation codes have been coded at least 7 days apart in this time period
