Scheduling Future Tests

Use Ardens Diary Recall System to schedule future tests

For example: Docman letter saying patient needs a DEXA in 3 years' time.

Use Diary Recall Template (or individual disease template)

• click on Investigations - Bloods for blood tests
• click on Investigations - other for ECG / BP / DEXA / colonscopy / chest xray / echo
• type in 6m or 4w etc to schedule the test
• remember to reset the date to today if there is already a date there

IMPORTANT

When the test has been done, you must click complete on the diary tab.

If another action is needed, remember to create a new diary date.
