Run searches to find out who is needs stop smoking support (reporting/population reporting/ Harborne Medical Practice / Ardens 5.2 / Public Health Indicators / smoking / smoking advice given in last 24m if smoker AND smoking advice given in last 12m and LTC risk / population excluded)

Send a bulk text via Accurx (smoking advice) and ensure SNOMED code added

This only needs to be one every 6 months
